I think that one of the hardest things that a guy can deal with is the transition from being a guy in a relationship to being a guy who is single again. No, not trying to be dramatic. It's just that for most guys, this IS one of the hardest things that they have to deal with after a break up. One of the worst things that you can do is to get caught in the trap of thinking about your ex girlfriend non stop.
3. Be open to date but be casual about it.
Dating after a break up is hard if you are trying to bounce right back into a relationship. It might be tempting to want to replace the old girlfriend with a steady new one - but take some time to see what is out there. You don't want to find out that you are dating someone who isn't right for you and that you jumped into the relationship
